Used and Damaged items:
Any item which shows evidence of being used or installed or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for a refund. Remember, we cannot re-sell them to other customers if you damage them when installing/trying on or repackaging correctly for shipping.
Return Time
If you need to return an item, you have 15 days (about 2 weeks) after it is received to request a return and refund. (This may be extended to 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) during the Holidays).
Process for Return:
Please contact us sales@spyderandryder.com
Please give us your order #, the Product Name and why you want to return.
Once approved, we will send you an email with our return address.
Return Shipping is at the buyer's expense. (unless the issue is due to our wrongdoing - we will pay the return shipping and issue you a full refund).
Please include your Name, Order # and Product Name with the returned items and the reason for the return. Please email us a tracking #.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspected them. We will email you, to let you know we have received your package and the amount we will be refunding you.
Refund:
We will refund your money (minus $5.00 re-stocking fee) back to the account you used to purchase the item with. You will receive an email from us once we have processed the refund. We cannot estimate how long it will take for you to get the money back in your account, as every financial institution is different.
We do not do exchanges.
No Returns on personalized or photo items.
