Return and Refund Policy

If you have any issues with your order, we are truly sorry. We hate when that happens! We do understand your frustration and we want to help you and make it right. Please contact us at: sales@spyderandryder.com

RETURNS:

Please contact us prior to returning any items.

Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving the item.
Items must be unworn and clean.
Please send a note in the package for the reason for return (e.g., wrong size, damaged or wrong product) along with your name, email, phone # and your order #, if you have it.
Customer will be required to pay for the return shipping (unless the fault is ours, see below). We recommend that you send it with a tracking #, so you will know when we received it.
We will notify you by email that we have received the package and that we have refunded your money. Please allow 7-10 day for your refund to show up on your card.
WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES. Except if the issue was our fault, and then we will pay for the return and the shipping for the corrected item. We will send you (in the mail) a bag for your return with a pre-paid label on it.
