Share the big news

Returns and Refunds:

Sorry, no returns or refunds on personalized items - except if there is a defect or we messed up the order.

Returns are accepted for UN-washed, UN-worn, UN-used items only.  Unless defected when received or you received a different item then what  you ordered.

Exchanges: Buyer is responsible for the shipping of the returned item and the shipping of the exchanged item. We will send you an invoice through paypal for the exchange shipping.

Refunds: Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the item back, we will refund the price of the item, minus the initial price of shipping (we included the shipping in the initial price of the product, so your refund will be minus the shipping cost).

Please contact us prior to returning any items.

We use 100% Cotton Shirts, they are per-shurnk but like all shirts they will shrink a little after the first wash. Make sure to check out the size chart to help you order the correct size.

To keep your apparel looking good, it is recommend that you wash all  apparel inside out and dry on low heat.  Always iron inside out, if  needed.

We are a very small company (spare bedroom small). Our products are  made by just the 2 of us (The Spyder Sisters).  We pride our selves on  our product quality and customer service.

Since we are so small, all orders are custom orders, which means we  make it when you place the order (that's the reason for the 7-10 days to  ship after ordering).

Pockets, sun shades and hair accessories are completely handmade by  us - slight imperfections are part of the character of the item. You  will still love the item.

Parking Signs are real metal signs (we don't make the metal part, we  just make the design) - slight scratches/minor dents are part of the  character.

If you have any questions regarding our terms, please contact us.

Shipping Terms:  Spyder Sisters uses USPS first class mail for the majority of its  shipments.  Flat Rate Priority maybe used as well.

All order are shipped  with a tracking #, you will receive an email.  Check your spam.

The Spyder Sisters, LLC or Spyder and Ryder are not responsible for lost/stolen packages that show they have been delivered to the correct address.  Check with your local Post Office first and contact us so we can search on our end.

FAQs

WELCOME TO SPYDER and RYDER

Here are a few common questions we get.  If you have a question for us, please use the form below to contact us.

WHY DO YOU SELL MENS SIZE SHIRTS? Our  shirts are a standard t-shirt that is called a unisex size shirt. It's  designed for both men and women.  We do not carry ladies long sleeve  shirts at this time.   We do however carry ladies and curvy plus-size short sleeve shirts in V-neck, crew neck and tank top. Check our Size Chart before ordering.

I HAVE AN IDEA FOR A SHIRT OR DECAL I WOULD LIKE MADE, CAN YOU DO THAT?   Yes, we would be happy to help you, just contact us.

I HAVE A SPYDER, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE MINE LISTED, WHY IS THAT?   If the actual body style does not change with the upgrades we just have  a general Spyder.  Usually the upgrades from one to the other are  things that would not show up on a drawing anyway.  If the actual body style changes, then  we will add a new Spyder design.

I WANT TO SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT. DO YOU INCLUDE AN INVOICE? No,  we do not send an invoice or a packing slip with our products, we do  however send instructions on how to care for or install our products and  a business card.

I NEED MY ORDER ASAP, CAN I PAY FOR FASTER SHIPPING?   You bet, when you place your order let us know in the instructions in your cart before completing your order and let us know when  you need it by, We can send you an invoice through Paypal to pay for the expedited  shipping.

DO YOU OFFER ANY ITEMS LARGER THAN A 3XL?  Yes,  we can get up to a 5xl in some of our products. We don't keep them in  stock, so it will take us a few extra days to get the item.  Contact us  and we would be happy to help you.
